From what I have played, this game has a lot of potential. As a lot of people have said, this game may have been released too early. Unless your PC is high end (i7 7700, 1080ti) you're going to drop frames and generally see the kind of stuff you dont wanna see graphics wise in a game. That being said, the idea behind the game is awesome and I can't wait to see where they go with this.

The gun play needs some work. Characters can feel a little awkward in their movements. No tutorial really built in. But the mashing together of PUBG, Evolve, and Dayz seems to really work here. The enemies are cool and fun to fight. The bosses are tough and the game makes you work to get your bounty. After killing the boss, you have to banish it while waiting while every player on the map is alerted to your position. Once you have the bounty, you have to extract which means waiting for 20 seconds at one of the extration points hoping no one is camping it. It can feel cheap to have a camper kill you but if you've done anything in the match, you get xp and money. Especially if you kill the boss.

Most of the people complaining about this game are whining, entitled, babies. The game plays fine. It runs fine. The microtransaction "scandal" literally came and went exactly as they said it would. I've met one hacker in almost 200 hours of play and have met with as many game breaking bugs. The servers work fine too. Don't let the babies discourage you from a great game.

I've only played the first level but so far I can say that this game is going to be awesome, especially when finished. The atmosphere is perfect. The mind probing system is a great setting for a horror game. I only wish I had the bio feedback item to play the game as intended. Even still, its worth the pick up even at $25 dollars. This DLC is already better than the main game. More in the ways of Outlast and Amnesia than Resident Evil. You have no weapons and only a flashlight to keep you company. This is true horror.

This game has a very unique atmosphere and the black and white graphics add an odd mechanic to the game. You cant see much beyond your fixed camera angle or you single match that you're holding in your hand but all the of the creaks and the rain outside remind you that there is more out there in the darkness. This is pretty much every time I play. If there was an inbetween option, that would be me. Its fune with friends and such but the bugs and KOS makes it less fun. Although I havent tried a PVE server...

This game is cheesy and fun. The weapons for the most part have to be purchased with ingame currency you find in the game. Problem is (for some people), if you die, you also have to use that currency to respawn or you restart the level. I saw someone compare it to a phone game where you're supposed to buy ingame content to progress easier but without the option to actually do so. This isnt exactly a bad thing. It gives some real meaning to dying since there arent any checkpoints if you're out if cash (or unwilling to spend it to respawn) So far in the story, nothing crazy has really happened but its not terrible. I've been having a blast with this game. Man there is nothing more satisfying than smashing a zombie skull in with your newly crafter beat stick. Great graphics, great gameplay, so far good story. Wonder what the DLC will have?
