Pros:
-Game play, is very squad / team dependent. (No I in team)
-Maps are large and diverse enough to allow different tactics and approaches to objectives
-Game play is generally at a realistic pace. (Not battlefield or CoD speeds)
-A wide array of sound from the vehicles and weapons that are in the battle.
-Many different roles / classes to pick and learn.
-No hours grinding to unlock a kit
-Constant updates and improvements

Cons:

-Lack of maps and small pool of objectives for each map. Gets repetitive
-Forced to range weapons by 100m instead of 50m makes those in between shots rough.
-Squad leads or commanders with no mics and no way to kick them out squads.
-Map balancing issues can make you hate life
-Slow to patch bugs.
