This game is a lot of fun for people who loves strategy games. This game is fun for hours however there are many pros and cons. I cover them below

Pros:
Looks good
runs smoothly
brings textbook diagrams to life
it's just so satisfying to draw offensive lines and watch as your men push into the enemy territory
Going to war with the soviet union is fun because you get to watch your manpower drop like the stock market in 2008

cons:
The ai can be a little broken. For example, Italy is completely useless and only makes life more difficult, and on occasion I have raged quit because sometimes when France capitulates Italy gets control of a vast majority of the land when they do nothing which means no military factories for you. On top of that Italy doesnt know how to protect their own land. Remember the naval invasion of Italy in 1941? I sure don't, but Italy is retarded and just lets them take the entire peninsula and you have to come in to bail them out.
Naval invasions are still a little wonky and they don't always work correctly
Britain will constantly try for naval invasions, it is quiet annoying
Submarines are useless in this game because if you send them out to destroy convoys the enemy fleets have at times taken out 30 submarines.
I'm a little on the edge of recommending this game because at times it is frustrating, but when it works it is very fun.

Although I have low hours on this game, I also have about 15 hours on the beta version, and I must say that very little has changed from the beta. Is the game still fun? Yes, it is very fun, and it's one of the few games where my heart starts to really beat when I'm getting chased. There are quite a few glaring problems though. For one it doesn't seem they have improved multiplayer whatsoever. I still have to click join a lobby about 5 to 10 times to actually join a lobby(it was even worse in the beta). There is also very little change in my opinion from the beta. They just added a new characters and maps and that was it. Another problem with the game is with some of the maps. There are some places on certain maps where a survivor can just run in circles and the killer cannot catch them because they vault a wall anytime you get close. Most of the map isnt like this but some places it is just impossible to catch someone. Another problem I have is how fast a person can be removed from a hook. If you turn your back for two seconds that victim is gone like the wind. My final problem with the game has to be the heart beat to tell you where a victim is. Time and Time again killers have ran right towards my position, while I get this is to balance the game, it honestly should just be an indicator to give a general direction, and ontop of that a good killer shouldn't have many problems finding survivors, because as the number of repairable generators dwindles a killer is able to go between all of them and check to see which ones are being repaired. Anyways I still believe this game is fun for many hours, and it is well worth the money

PLEASE READ THIS, THIS GAME IS WORSE THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY THINK. I was looking through the reviews, much like yourself before buying this game. I saw all the dislikes and my thought process was that people overhyped the game and were just dissapointed when their expectations were not exceeded. BUT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IS THIS GAME BAD. I loved anno 2070, before I used steam i had a copy of it on uplay that i probably had 100+ hours on. This game I spent 4 straight hours trying to find one reedeming factor of this game before i stopped playing. Throughout the entire game I tried justifying enjoying it and seeing the occasional cool feature. Here are the positives, it looks phenomenal, and thats it. This game feels like a dumbed down game of sim city. Hell i'd rather play sim city than this game. YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE A FLEET ANYMORE. You get a new ship everytime you level up in an arcade style game with healing and powerups and ♥♥♥♥ like that. I refuse to even call the arcade naval game a battle, because it is overly easy. I've only covered a couple of things, BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT BUY THIS GAME.

Honestly i got this game as a joke, but i was surprised because it was pretty good.... untillllllllllllllllllllllllll. you have to move your pups to a rendevous point, jesus christ. I have seen quadrupal amputees move faster than these pups. And If you want to carry them, too fing bad. Because you will have to drop them in fifteen feet and they wont let you pick them up again for another thirty seconds. Also you have to cross a river, which shouldnt be too hard, you just pick them up in your mouth and run across, haha NOPE. They will drown if you pick them up to cross a river so you need to spend another 10 minutes walking to a sandbar, then after half an hour of walking (you pups walk slower than when you shift walk) you get rewarded with a message and a return button to the main menu.
