I originally was playing a game called "Live The Life", and it's not a bad game for the most part. But then I stumbled upon this game and noticed it kind of plays the same way. So I got this game, and I gotta say, I'm a little more impressed with this game than with "Live The Life".

Denizen is a life simulator where you live a life (no pun intended... much) and build up your character. The whole idea is to simulate your life in a simulator, much like "The Sims", only as a Walking Simulator rather than a "point and click".

You start out very basic, first home, first vehicle, no job, and just enough money to keep you alive for a few days. Along with trying to make money, you got to keep up with your character's 5 needs. Energy, food, drink, hygiene, and digest. As with any game with needs, you have to deal with your needs with food and drink. You can either head to a gas station to get instant food and drink in your inventory, or you can head to your local grocery store and purchase food items to make at home on your stove.

Any foods you buy can then be stored in the fridge, at home, for later use. Foods you buy at the grocery store can also be stored and then be used to cook and put together other foods to make. Once you purchase these foods, just use the stove and you will see a list of foods you need to make the food items in the list. The more you cook, the more you will open up other food items as you progress in experience levels.

When you get a job, you earn experience as well as money from your job. The more you work, the more experience you get. The higher your experience level, the more money you make as well as more skills get added on based on the job.

I started out working for a pizza and started out only making basic pizzas. As I progressed in my experience levels, I gained more money and also learned more pizza recipes. Other jobs are also every similar, as you progress in your experience, you learn more skills and earn more money. There are other jobs, such as bartender, which also progresses in the same way, but with different pay and different skills to learn,.

You can also purchase vehicles from various car dealerships and even upgrade them to make them faster, perform better, and even have better handling. Vehicles range from simple pickups to high-speed performance cars. Some vehicles can be used for jobs, such as delivery, while other cars can be used for drag races. If you plan to be a delivery driver, best to use a pickup or van.

As with most life simulators, you can also purchase additional homes. You can purchase homes from your in-game phone. On top of that, you can then furnish your home and even setup your home to be "for rent". Depending on how you furnish your home, you will get a home rating. This rating is used to help you get people to rent your home. The higher the rating, better the offers you will make once you post the home for rent. Homes range from small apartments to large mansions.

And of course, with your character you design, you can also purchase additional clothes for your character so you can be fashionable. You will even be rated based on the clothes you wear. This rating is partly used for the job you get, as well as when you meet a friend.

So far, I am liking the game and they seem to be updating the game very well. This is the 2nd game I have gotten from this gaming company and they seem to be a more worth-while gaming company I can count on to update their games. I hope that Denizen will be a well designed game for people to enjoy.

The only bugs/glitches I have seen so far are as follows (Understand that this is still in "Early Access, I'm just posting this here for reference. Also, I am sure there are more possible other glitches I have not ran into yet, this is just what I have seen so far)...

1.) Don't buy more than 1 vehicle from the same dealership, at a time. When you do, vehicles spawn in the exact same place and will overlap each other. If you use the "Vehicle Re-spawn" on your cell phone, it will practically pull them apart followed by a loud crashing sound. Just purchase 1 vehicle and then take it somewhere to be saved for later, and then purchase another one.

2.) Some places, such as the casino, aren't "fully" working yet. Based on what I saw at the casino, you might be able to "rent" a room, but can't currently be done yet. I say this is a bit glitchy as I was able to walk through the sinks in the bathroom.

3.) Playing this game for long periods of time will eventually cause the game to crash, so don't play the game for much more than an hour at a time, IMHO. There was a time or 2 when it did just crash after 10 minutes of play. I managed to finally make it to "The Vault", which is a dance club. When I managed to get to the dance floor, it started to lag a big from so many 3D objects, and then I got stuck on the dance floor and then the game crashed.

4.) When I was trying to sell my vehicle or rent my home, I couldn't "cancel" people out of the list that were interested, but I was able to "accept". Keep this in mind when you make an offer to sell something.

5.) When I was driving my vehicle, I managed to crash into a street sign and then my vehicle got stuck. I wasn't driving very fast and I was trying to turn to avoid hitting another car. I turned too much and I hit a street sign and the front end of my vehicle got stuck on the sign and I couldn't reverse out. Although it was an easy fix, just use the "Re-spawn" on your cell phone under your Assets app and it will put your vehicle in a different location. Also, just a note, if your vehicle takes physical damage, just sleep til tomorrow and your vehicle will be fixed next day.

(This review is to reflect the "Early Access" version of this game. This means that there is the possibility of there being bugs, glitches, graphical issues, and other issues that can come up as you plat the game. The game is still being developed as we speak and as they progress, they will make the necessary changes to fix the problems as best as they can.)

"Live The Life" is a life sim/survival/open world game where you play a character and the idea is to... well,... live the life. You start out by buying your first place with Basic inventory items to help you get started. (Toilet, shower, fridge, etc.) Then you go out and look for a job to earn money. More money you make, better stuff you can buy. As you life the life, you have to watch your personal gauge. If you get hungry, you gotta eat. If you smell bad, you gotta shower, etc.

As you start to live the life, you can interact with people and maybe start a friendship, or perhaps, take it further and get into a relationship. When you think you've earn enough of a relationship, you can get their phone number and you can then text them and go out on dates or meetings.

Of course, as you make money, you will want to buy bigger and better personal things. If you happen to make enough money, you can buy a better apartment, buy better furniture, appliances, and electronics, and also buy better lamps and sockets for your home. (Remember that when you buy things, check the counter for a box or bag and interact with the box/bag to take it home with you after you purchase the items.)

There are quite a few places to visit here so far. A diner, bar, grocery store, various clothing stores, and even a pharmacy for when you get sick. There's plenty of other places to visit such as the park, bowling alley, and many other open areas of the city you are in. If walking is too slow for you, you can find a scooter to rent and use the scooter to get around the city a little fast.

As of this new version, you can now go to the gym and start working out and making your character look better. You can increase various parts of your body, not just one part.

As you progress through the game, you can can earn other skills by making your character happy. Making your character happy is one of the main things to do in this game. Each level of happiness you bring, the more skills you can unlock and gain additional skills in the process.

Overall there is a lot of potential here. There's a few bugs to work out, but they are not that bad. Lots of things to do and plenty of things to keep you busy in this game. It does take a little getting used to, but you will get the hang of it very quickly. Don't just create the life... live the life.

Some things for the devs to work on while they are updating...

1.) We should be allowed to use the toilet anytime we want to, not just when it's convenient for the character to go. You allow us to use the shower anytime, so let us use the toilet anytime.

2.) There was a food bug in the game where I was in the diner, and although it shows me ordering the food and purchasing the food, it would not let me use it (Specifically the chicken and steak dinner) It was purchased and in the bag, and I was able to copy it over to my inventory, but when I try to eat it, there was no interaction with the food, but it did disappear form my inventory once i used it.

3.) Some ideas I would like to suggest for the game...
a.) Add the ability to buy and drive a car around town
b.) Allow us to make coffee using a coffee maker so we don't need to sleep all the time
c.) Maybe make a 2nd section where if you pass the bridge, you can enter an open world forest area
d.) Make additional locations for traveling so we can go on "vacations"
e.) The idea about "vacations" is for when you find a companion
f.) Guessing you are also working on making more electronics, like a laptop or a flatscreen
g.) If you plan to make flatscreens, add a folder so we can watch videos on the flatscreen
h.) Since you have allowed nudity, I am guessing that we can have... "limited"... adult situations
i.) As we work out more, make it so that we can increase stamina as they get stronger

3.) If you plan to continue to make this game, the thing about a game like this is variety as well as tons of content. Limited content and variety and this game won't sell as well. Just a suggestion.

I remember playing this game on Windows 95 when it was 4 CD's. Then later, I learned they made a DVD set for this game, improving the video quality as well as being able to play this game on just about any media player. (including DVD players). Back during the mid to late 1990's, they were trying to make it so that you could play games on any device, including DVD players, as well as other media players. The DVD version is one of the few DVD games that could be played on anything that was a DVD player. Now with the ability to just rip the videos and then just design an interactive application, you can pretty much just make this a "stand alone" game without the media devices. Now let's get to the review...

Tender Loving Care is a very psychological "point-and-click" game, where you are trying to piece together what is going on and allowing you, the player, to determine the outcome or thought process of what is happening. The idea of this game is that you, the player, must determine who is at fault versus who is the victim.

During gameplay, once in a while you get an FMV of a story line that is going on, then later you get to interact with the house, being able to view, not just locations, but also items around the house. (It's not possible to interact with everything, as the game forces you to only interact with whatever is at hand, at the time or section of the game.) Items include diaries, laptop or desktop computers (You only get to read what they have typed in the computer, not actually interact with the computer), various magazines lying around the house, views of inside a drawer or cabinet, browse through someone's personal bag or purse, and many more. In-between the interactive and FMV, you will be then asked a series of questions about what is going on.

There is no real right or wrong answer to the questions you are asked. However, how you answer can determine the outcome of the situation. Depending on the choices, you could get a good outcome or a bad outcome. This is one of the early examples of "Choices Have Consequences". Even the characters will give their idea/opinion of the situation, but only you can determine the outcome of what is happening.

Overall, a very psychological look of how one can perceive a situation, only to actually see there was something deeper, more devious than what you started to believe. This game literally helps you understand how easily perceptions can easily be misunderstood. Don't take the game too seriously, but oddly enough you can learn something from this game.

I got this game when they fixed the bugs, or at least most of the bugs. I purchased the game on May 26 2024. So 2 days after initial release. So far, what I played seemed to work out just fine, from what I can tell.

The story is you play someone who lives a very sheltered life and you do live streams to make money. Only, it's a twisted fate that the streams you produce caused very unusual events to happen. People murder themselves, inanimate objects come to life as demons, gateways to a demon world appear, and that's just a sample what you will encounter.

The game is a bit of a virtual sex game, with some adventure and puzzle solving events. As you try to complete tasks, you can interact with certain objects, which will be needed to do later in the game. The sex interactions start off as most virtual sex games go, but then it gets... well.. you will have to play the game to understand.

I only gripe is I couldn't skip certain dialog (singing) moments in the game, but then that might have been the whole idea.

Overall I was entertained by the whole thing. Disturbing? Definitely. Interesting story? Definitely. Would I do this if given the choice? I refuse to answer on the grounds that might incriminate me. LOL

When this game first came out, I didn't have as many problems before the "Definitive Edition" came out. Then suddenly, I started seeing more and more problems. Some of the problems I have seen so far are as follows since it became the "Definitive Edition"...

1.) Mission Critical locations/items/people don't appear or can't be seen when I arrive. It clearly shows that something can be done or someone is there, but there is nothing there.

2.) Environments tend to disappear/reappear as I am walking or driving from place to place, location to location

3.) Although it was extremely rare, there were times I was being shot at and yet my mini-map as well as direct observation shows there's no one there, yet I am taking damage from an invisible NPC.

4.) Because items/locations/NPC's couldn't be displayed or seen, missions that were on a time limit were impossible to complete, even after restarting the mission and even after re-loading the game.

5.) I even went so far as to constantly make sure my graphics drivers were up to date and even making sure I wasn't loading no more than minimum tasks/processes, and yet I still had the above mentioned problems.

6.) Before the Definitive version, I didn't have to go through a lot of steps to get the game to run. When I finally decided to go back and play this game again, it seems I had to go through some steps just to get this game to work. First, I had to run the game as "Administrator", I had to restart the Steam app, then I had to even go so far as to make sure all the original files were there and, even though I knew I installed the game, I did get an error message saying a couple files were missing. When I tried to run the game directly after it was installed through Steam, it kept giving me error messages. After reading through the Steam comments, and reading the 2K Games web site, I had to do the above mentioned to get this game to work. What the hell 2K Games? Now I have to jump through hoops and perform backflips to get this game to work? Plus, their "Launcher" program, which loads first before you can load the game, is pure non-sense.

Next time you plan to make a game, only to follow it with a "Definitive" or "Special" edition, give us both versions, not one or the other. This way we can play the version that works better, for situations like this. I swear I did not have this many problems with this game before they decided to update/upgrade the game. The way the game is designed now, it's near impossible to complete missions/quests. There's way too much glitch issues and needs to be seriously addressed. This will be the last time I buy this series until they decide to get off their lazy A$$ and fix these glitches. I've already paid too much when this game came out thinking this was going to be a great game.

Just because you slapped the word "DEFINITIVE EDITION" on it, doesn't mean you made it better. In this case, I think you tried you fix something that wasn't really broke. Whatever it was you tried to do to this game, you might want to revert back to the original game because I seriously did not have this many issues before the "Definitive Edition".

BEFORE YOU BUY, PLEASE READ THIS!!!

First off, this game is 11 gigs on the hard drive. WHY?!?!? It's an old game, why would an old game need over 11 gigs? The original game is 8 gigs. This is already fouled up in so many ways.

When you buy this game, the game won't work right away, there's a Steam bug that prevents you from playing the game until you do a few things.

1.) You don't need to buy the original "Silverfall" game, however, it is required
2.) This is an expansion pack that goes with this game
3.) Why Steam hasn't fixed this bug is beyond me

THis game works just fine, however, here is what you need to do to get this game to work if/when you buy this game...

1.) Install the game as normal with Steam
2.) After you install this game, right-click on the game title in Steam
3.) Select "Properties" from the menu
4.) Select "Installed Files" from the menu
5.) Click on the "Verify Integrity of game files"
6.) When it does this, it will say that it's missing 150 files
7.) Let it do it's thing and install the rest of the missing files
8.) Once done, now the game is installed, however, you are not done yet
9.) Go to google, and search for "PhysX_2.4.4_SystemSoftware.exe"
10.) Make sure it's the PhysX_2.4.4_SystemSoftware, and nothing else
11.) Download that file and install, it's needed to play ths game
12.) Do not install the current or newer version of PhysX, it won't work

(For the record, when you install this game, this file is in the "Silverfall" folder in the Steam directory, go to your Steam folder...

Usually in "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Silverfall"

In there, there should be a file "PhysX_2.4.4_SystemSoftware.exe", install this file because it is needed.

Once installed, now it should work.

(If it doesn't work, there's one more thing you might do. In the "Silverfall" folder in Steam, look for the...

"silverfall.exe"

Right-click on the "silverfall.exe", click on "Properties", click on the "Compatibility" tab, and in the "Compatibility Mode" section, check the box and select "Windows XP Service Pack 2", then click "Apply". It should work now. If the game still doesn't work, I am not sure what other advice I can offer you, other than a refund.

Now, with that being said, time to review...

Silverfall is a 3D style RPG game, similar to "Baldur's Gate". When you begin the game, it will ask you to first, make a character, and then if you want to start at Lv 1 for the main game, or Leverl 45 for the expansion pack, which is this game. This game requires you to be level 45 as the original game you start out with the main story and build yourself up.

Graphics are actually not too bad compaired to today's games. The character design is very nice and 3D models are very smooth. The animations are very well done, and the characters, monsters, and environments have a very ncie look to them.

Movement can be done in 2 ways. You can use the "WASD" keys to move, or you can use the mouse to click on where you want to go. You can use the "Delete" and "Page Down" keys to rotate the camera around, and use the "End" and "Home" keys to angle the camera where you want it. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out as needed. Press the "C" key to see your character stats as well as increase your stats when you level up. Press the "I" key to see your characters items, weapons, and armor as well as used to equip your weapons and armor. Equiping your weapons and armor is as simple as click and drag to the proper locationon the character. Press the "M" key to see the map of the area you are in. When you start out, it's covered in a tan like ♥♥♥, but as yuo travel, you will show more of the game as you progress through the game. To attack monsters, you just find one and click on the monster.

Along the way, you can interact with NPC characters in certain locastions. Warning, not all NPC characters will allow you to interact with. Only those with a "!" or some kind of icon on top of their heads will be allowed to talk to you. Most cases, those with a "!" are quest NPC's.

Money can be obtained from either killing monsters, selling items you find, or finishing quests. As you battle or find chests, items will be found all over the place. Everytime you kill a monster, they will drop items, weapons, or armor. You can also find NPC's who sell weapons and armor in various locations.

Moving from one location to another is a bit odd. Sometimes you will reach an area where it takes you to another realm. (for example, you start out in the swamp, but as you travel, you find the edge of the map that takes you to a desert area) Once in a while, you will find a cave. When you get close, it will ask you if you want to enter the cave or not.

You can also learn spells and crafting in this game. They are updated and upgraded by talking to certain people in verious towns. How much you can upgrade is based on your characters level.

Overall, it's a very neat game. It's just sad that this game has so many issues to deal with before you can play the game. Oddly enough I did not have any crash issues playing this game. Every time I have played, it plays smoothly without crashing or dumping me back to Windows.

Some things to keep in mind when you get this game...

1.) It's an old game, it came out around 2007, a time when Windows XP was still used. So if the game does not work for you, please don't be too upset, it's an old game and ran under Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

2.) When changing the settings in your game, please set it no higher than 1366x768. It works great in 1920x1080 and the graphics are just fantastic for it's time, even at higher resolutions. However, the text will shrink in size the higher you set the resolution. This is a gaming bug that they did not consider at the time. So please keep this in mind when you set your settings. Keep the resolution a bit low so you can read the text.

3.) It's sad that Steam sells the original game and this expansion as 2 different games. During the time when the game was out, they made a "Gold" version, which was both games in 1. I don't understand why Steam didn't make it as one game, as it is sold as a "Gold" game most other places. The fact that you don't need to buy the first game makes it seriously redundant to get the first game in the first place.

4.) When you are walking around, if you have some kind of issue where you can't walk any further, well, oddly enough, you probably can't walk any further, even if it shows or looks like you can. Not so much a bug as the game was very limited in scope as well as map size. Again, this is an old game, it can only do so much.

There are a ton of great remakes, revamps, remixes, and even redefined games made all the time. Some are based on original work, some are based on other popular titles. In this case, Most tend to be worth while and help improve it's original title. This is one of those titles.

Bloodstained - Ritual Of The Night is a combination of every Castlevania title put out on Gameboy Advance and PSX. It combines all the greatness of the original Castlevania games and puts them into one game.

You play as a female demon hunter that has the ability to collect demon souls. you move around the castle jumping on platforms, attacking monsters, collecting items, and picking up coins to make money. Once in a while, you can head to the shop to purchase weapons, armor, and items, while seeing an alchemist to help make items and update the shop with new items you make. Shards (Collected randomly by attacking monsters) are used to give you additional abilities, such as magic abilities, transformation, increasing stats, and having a companion travel with you. You can also upgrade your shards so the shards have better abilities.

Anyone who was a fan of "Castevania - Symphony Of The Night" or any of the Gameboy Advance versions of Castlevania will absolutely love this game. In my opinion, this is how Castlevania should always be played. I'm not saying what Konami has done with the series is wrong, but the idea of Castlevania has always been as worked because of the whole game itself. So, just a piece of advice to Konami, if something's not broke, don't fix it. Bloodstained is the best example of how the game series should have been done.

Although I have played this game for a short time, I have managed to unlock everything in this short amount of time.

It's your basic Blackjack card game. Get enough cards to get or close to 21 without going over.

Each time you win, you open up additional outfits and music for that girl. Once you have unlocked her outfits, you can then watch her do a dance for you. (No adult content, they just get as far as bra and undies)

As you watch them dance, you can then adjust the camera angle to get a better view of them dancing using the arrows on the lover-right side of the screen.

Right now there are only 4 girls, each girl has 3 outfits to unlock. From what I can tell, they plan to make more content.

Right now, I say NAY until they add more content to this game like they say they will. What concerns me is that they say there's more coming, but they seem ready to sell this game. I would think that if you plan to do a lot more to this game, you would keep it in "Early Access" until you are completely done, or at least wait until you are ready to sell your DLC or have the add-ons ready. Right now the price is fine as I got it on sale so I'm not worried about losing out. There are also some spelling errors, not an ultra big deal, but most devs try to make sure spelling errors are caught. Last update was Feb. 7 2023. Since it's been a year exactly as of now, I would think the devs would want to update soon, if they plan to keep this game going.

Honestly, I feel like this has been either abandoned or they are focusing on some other project.

Most adult games made are all about getting to have sexual encounters or just getting to the good stuff with some work involved. That is not exactly the case here...

Lust From Beyond takes you on a psychological rollercoaster story about finding and opening the world of lust. This is a very story/action/adventure driven game that puts you in the story about how you are "the one" who can go to this world and find a way to open this world to reality.

This is one of those games where choices can have serious consequence, but sometimes bad things can have good outcomes. The game itself is very nice and gives off that mysterious vibe, which eventually turns to horror, or pleasure, depending on the choices you make. The story involves you, the player, and a woman who wants to reach this lust world. There are also plenty of in-between characters which help keep the story going.

There are 2 worlds you have to deal with. The reality world where you have to deal with people either trying to help you or kill you. You can find items ranging from keys, to simple devices, most of which are used to open doors, unlock unusual devices, or required based on the situation. There are also puzzles to solve which unlock safes or secret compartments which contains an item you will need later. You do have to watch out, as there are people who want to either kill you or control you. Luckily you can get weapons along the way that will help you fend off your enemies. Who can you trust? Who is on your side?

Then there's the lust world, a world that's nearly pure organic and also has it's own puzzles to solve. This world is also just as mysterious as well as deadly. Puzzles range from moving pillars to placing objects in devices to open doors to other locations. This lust world is just as dangerous as the real world, with it's own dangers ranging from stabbing tentacles to fighting unusual creatures that want to skin you alive. Although you can fight off creatures with normal weapons, you can also gain powers which are mostly used for communicating with certain objects you will run into. You can also level up your abilities by finding statues that offer you a choice of either increasing health, mental health, magical powers. What kind of world is this lust world? What are these creatures and why are they here?

This game is definitely not for the weak of heart nor is it for anyone who is not into deep story lines that could easily mess with your mind. This game story takes what you thought you knew about reality and gives you something even deeper to consider.

(Something To Understand)
Before you play this game, I suggest you play the prologues so you will have an understanding of what you will get yourself into if you decide to buy this game. This version is very explicit and you will see things and it is very warped and twisted. There is also an "M" edition if you prefer. The "M" edition is the same game, only not as explicit as this version. This version is definitely meant for people who love horror and thriller stories as well as enjoy a good adventure game with twists and turns around every corner.

Plenty of games offer you an interesting story while you try to figure out what's going on. This game contains quite a few story lines and lots of different missions.

House Party is about you going to a party at someone's house. You start out by helping a friend, but later you seem to be in the middle of gossip, stories, and helping people accomplish their tasks. There are plenty of people at this party who want to be your friend and are willing to do "ANYTHING" to get you on their side.

The gameplay is is fairly straight forward. Walk around the house talking to people and getting hints on tasks and quests to get them to like you. Each person has 3 needs to be met if you want them to like, love you, or just out right get drunk. The yellow bar is a trust bar, means they will talk to you about anything and even share their secrets. The red bar is the love bar, the bigger the bar, the more they are willing to have sex with you or at least get naked. The last bar is the drunk bar, the more they drink, the more drunk they will be.

Each time you talk to a person, you get choices on what your response can be. Some choices are bad while others are good. Obviously you want to make the right choices so they will like you more and offer you more options. Some will even give you some personal favors in bed, on the couch, or even in front of other people.

Various items can be found around the house as you walk from room to room. Items include but not limited to keys, beer, food, electronics, adult toys, even sunglasses. People will from time to time ask you about an item and you will need to see if you can get that item for them. Not all items are visible, so you may have to talk to some people who are willing to give up those items to you. One warning, be careful not to take items while certain people are watching, or they will get angry and they will beat you up and you will lose their friendship.

Some people don't like other people, so you may have to choose sides on who you want to be friends with. There is no real way to get everyone to like you at the same time. You are going to have to make choices that will get on one side or they other. This is one of those games where choices can have consequences.

Some of the DLC are okay. The holiday DLC's just adds festive decorations with a few small extras to keep the game interesting. Liz Katz DLC is based on the actual cosplay model, who will hold a mystery murder at the house. Doja Cat DLC is based on the actual person, but with a few surprises and twists to the story.

Overall the game is entertaining with a fairly interesting story line, outside the sex and nudity. It's not much different from a typical house party you might have been to, only not as dramatic, at least I hope not.

My only personal gripe is that you are limited to a small confined space so don't expect to travel much further than the house you are at.
