As unbalanced as a competitive arena shooter can be. The good: it's free and some of the game modes are quite fun.

- Full of cheaters usually from China.
- Worst Anti Cheat ever, Easy Anti Cheat didn't work with Apex Legends doesn't work now.
- You get penalized for leaving games where your team has left.
- Devs are clueless with balancing.
- Just like Apex it has No Audio, can't hear footsteps right on top of you.
- Tick rate feels horrible getting shot at when you're behind cover or corners constantly.

You got Light, Medium and FAT! people because FAT! people exist in the world and the devs really want to push the fact that FAT! people are great. FAT! people are so great they get an inflated health pool to compensate for all that FAT! they also get weapons that can 1 shot people that require no skill/finesse to use whatsoever, like a sledgehammer or explosive RPG.

There is also the glaringly obvious aesthetic choice made by the devs who are quite clearly unwell, my character selection process went as follows, I am white so I want to play a white character, I am a Male so I want to play as a white male, but what you're presented with is a mix of Asian/African faces and 2 body types, the art style is so garish and hideous so basically you get to look like a hideously, ugly androgynous looking character where it's not certain if you look male or female.

It takes some incredible talent to make the aesthetic of a game look so garish and repulsively ugly all the while using Unreal Engine 5

Competitive FPS Genre is dead.

Too many issues to ever give this game a positive review. Shame because the gunplay, variety of weapons and killing aliens is quite fun.

- It lags when playing online the majority of the time.
- Disconnects you from the server with no way of rejoining so you have to restart the level.
- No voice communication, not even written communication.
- Small things like certain weapons/abilities cause the game to lag or crash completely.
- At the end of every online game it locks you into a after match screen for 90 seconds, unless your team all agree to leave.

Overall it feels badly optimized and lacking in basic quality of life features that the vast majority of online games have.

It's alright, more of the same from the devs that made Mutant Year Zero. They doubled down on continuing to make stealth the main focus of a turn based tactics RPG, I much prefer these type of games over Xcom but some critics find it flawed that you can't just run in and gun everything down like Xcom.

The characters and story are cheesy, main character has mammy issues and is annoying, I actually think this is the weakest aspect of the game.

Visually it looks really good, I kind of got performance hiccups here and there either due to the Unreal Engine or maybe my GPU is struggling to keep up.

One of the best strategy games ever made paired with one of the stupidest DLC policy ever made. Base game has broken content that can be fixed by spending £15-20 on a DLC that contains the fix.

Early Access Review
Game is designed in such a way to frustrate and bog the player down and then claim it's "Hardcore" pointlessly travelling long distances with no fast travel, an absurd amount of status ailment effects, the ability to only save when you go to sleep. It's not fun.

Good door opening simulator, game is 90% door cinematics complete with oldschool janky camera angles, you occasionally kill zombies too.

Game crashes frequently it's a badly optimized mess.

Finally got it to stop crashing and completed it. It's a good narrative driven immersive sim reminiscent of their other game Prey: Mooncrash DLC which explored similar ideas.

Overall I enjoyed playing it, but the fact is it's a half baked game with 4 maps, a tacked on Multiplayer which seems like an afterthought and the ending for the game was lacklustre.

After hacking at rats for a while this game quickly loses its appeal. It's a dumb, boring repetitive grind of a game.

The loot system is terrible, gain a loot box after every mission containing 3 new pieces of equipment with a slightly higher gear score, play another mission to get another loot box containing 3 new pieces of gear with a slightly higher gear score level. Repeat until you gradually become strong enough to do the higher difficulty.

Difficulty, there is no difference between the easiest difficulty and the toughest difficulty the mobs of rats just hit harder. It's a forced artificial difficulty that revolves around the badly designed loot system and leveling system.

Leveling, you gain the same amount of experience playing on the easiest difficulty as you do on the toughest difficulty, it's a boring grind to lvl to the maximum level of 35 where your characters "power level" increases along with his "gear score"

The game is catered towards premade teams and cheaters, any weapon that requires a little bit of finesse is quickly nerfed into the ground in favour of promoting close quarter SMG's and Assault Rifles. Those who use close quarter weapons are usually exploiting aim assist or blatantly cheating with no recoil.
