CONS:

Idk if I'm the only one that feels the same way. Its a great game don't get me wrong, however i'm really disappointed with the limited dialogue choice you get from a selection of 4 choices. Also the fact that a majority of these choices lead up to the same conclusion of what happens next. The game's aspect of choosing what your character is able to say is a disallusion to what Fallout really stands for and basically the endings are almost one in the same.

FO3 and NV definitely made you feel that it was important to choose your answers wisely and that you could even fight off opponents using words. FO4 has few of those moments, and I feel that the dialogue wheel was a huge step backwards to the franchise...

As for the end game, once you finish the main story missions as well as the side missions that may or may not be aligned with the main quests there really isnt much to do end game. Rather, you're stuck in the wasteland trying to find unique NPCs to talk to in hopes that they will offer you a job so you may continue to keep busy and have a said purpose in continuing to play the game.

There are alot of bugs that are very noticable, and many will say that it is afterall a "Bethesda game". But it shouldn't be an excuse as Bethesda is known in the past for releasing buggy games. This cannot be helped though since it is afterall an open world game that will have many unpredictable bugs that players will come across, but there will be alot of noticable ones too. Such as trying to enter your power armor from the front but you get stuck in an animation unable to get out of it unless you reload the game, or being stuck in an elevator, a terminal, etc.

There are a limited amount of armor choices to choose from, notably ones that are stat worthy at least. I went through my first playthrough utilizing at least 3 armor sets and only 3.

PROS:

There are good aspects in the game that do deserve praise however. The single button grenade toss is now included in the combat mechanics as well as a sprint that utilizes your AP which is also used for VATs.

You can now layer your armor up with individual set pieces and every set piece of armor is either craftable or upgradable from the crafting station.

The forge mechanic is a nice plus, optional but still a nice plus. You are now able to build settlements/bases and fortify their positions using materials that were otherwise useless in previous titles. Same can be said with weapons which can be improved upon.

Companions are of variety and are very likable. Each having their own loyalty mission as you gain their trust in time, and you can develop more then one relationship with one character which is a nice touch, regardless of your character's gender.

BUY?:

With this all said and done, I would still recommend this game for the $60 price tag. If you take your time with all the side missions and story quests, I can say for certain this game can last you to about 80 or so hours depending on your playstyle. But note, this game is far from perfect.
