the game is a mess of players hating it and the developers trying their best

in reality it is a f2p game that cannot support itself trough f2p means, therefore they increase the economy and how hard it is to progress so that players feel forced to buy premium accounts or vehicles to progress quicker

the goal of the game is obviously not to reach the top asap but to collect the interesting vehicles and the grind itself;
if you want that to be the case, you have to make the economy easier to work with, increase the base SL and RP modifier please
