In short, if you used the same password on the UC forums that you have used elsewhere, it would be an idea to change those passwords. The passwords on the site were salted and hashed, but it pays to be secure. Again, see the site for more details.

Jesse, as much as I would delight in seeing you continue to use the same password you used on the UC forums, I cannot recommend you do. We must all make such sad sacrifices in this life, both for our benefit and deliberate attempts to hamstring of our foes.

Truly there is no more noble endeavour than wasting someone's time by changing a few characters in your pass phrase.
