Op cancelled for tomorrow.

Vote has come out very strongly for the US ranger so we will be using rangers as our milsims standard identity. We added just one mod to the official list (KA SCAR Pack) due to SCAR-H and SCAR-L being part of the Rangers arsenal. Please add it to your presets.
