We Are the End

Guys I was thinking about it today, and I realized even though I love playing with yall sooo many people in this group and good players who are not one of us play by different standards, do different things in game that while small can greatly affect the outcome and the cooperation amongst the team. So, here are a list of rules I've found to be useful when playing:

1. When you are the 1st, 2nd or 3rd person into the safe room at the end of a level, do not rush to the med packs, ammo, or anything else. There should be nothing on your mind except the safety and success of that last team member. Situate yourself by the door, where you can close it behind that last member and cover them. Duck down if you're in front so the other team members can help cover.

2. Stop padding your stats. Smacking an alarmed car just so you can kill a few more zombies, even from the safe room, is selfish and moronic. You risk the success of the mission, even by a tiny bit, and no one cares if you have 10 billion common kills. It kinda looks like you're overcompensating for somethin else... you know...

3. Adding to #2, do not rush in front of teammates to kill a special they clearly have, or even a common. It's sad. Do not shoot ahead of someone , shoot past them, at things they are going to kill. They got it, trust them, and if they don't, they'll learn something. Besides, it's just embarrassing when a jackass trying to get 3 more common kills lowers his teammate's health by 5- 10% shooting ahead of him and nicking him.

4. Do not steal med packs. There are 4 in most saferooms, and there re 4 people on the team. Is it getting through? Just because you can heal yourself with one med pack and take another before one of your guys can even load the map doesn't mean you should. That med pack is his/ hers to do with as he/ she will even if they don't need it. You, like them, get one each saferoom and maybe one along he way. Use them wisely and don't suck i up and you shouldn't have to steal med packs.

5. Pick weaponry based on the current map. Short range for inside maps, long for outside, shotgun to get through masses, etc etc. Try to judge this correctly, and try to work in a weapon that you're good with and enjoy shooting. People perform better when they are happy with what they are doing. Not good with a valuable weapon? Practice, force yourself to use it for several maps and eventually you'll know it like you know your favorite.

6. Heal your teammates!!! This will give you a better chance of finding med packs along the maps, and even if that weren't true, it's just nice. You heal somebody when they need it, even if they have their own med pack, they are MUCH more likely to save you from a special (quicker at least), use their only med pack on you in a time of need, whatever. They will like you and cover your ass. Don't need covering? Then enjoy the fact that you've gained a new friend or at least staved off a new enemy.
