Finding weird ♥♥♥♥ on the internet these days.

"Heeeey everybody, Jerma here, playin some Team Fortress-"
Jerma’s intro was interrupted by a loud quacking burble that came from in his headphones and right beside him.
He sighed, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ exasperation. “Every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ video, Star, I swear to god…”
For the first time, Jerma and Star had decided to record a video together in the same room, at Jerma’s house. Jerma was quite nervous. He and Star had met in person many times in the past, but not at one of their houses. He knew they were just friends, but secretly, perhaps even to himself, Jerma had wanted to be more than friends.
"Hehe, I knew you were a shpee" giggled Jerma as a heavy exploded into a thousand bloody chunks on his screen. The round ended quite quickly, as they had joined half-way through.
"Alright." said Star, as the payload toppled into the pit, and the losing jingle was played. "This round, if I don’t topscore, I’ll… uh… do something."
"I’ll switch to the other team. If I don’t topscore, I owe you some new ♥♥♥♥♥♥ curtains, okay? And if you don’t topscore, you owe me curtains."
"It’s a bet."
Jerma took a few deep breaths and turned up the in-game sound, mentally locking himself into ‘Try-hard Jerma mode.’ He was gonna get those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ curtains. Although in reality, Jerma knew he wanted something else.
They played for about thirty minutes, and it became clear that Star was clearly ahead.
"♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!" yelled Jerma, as Star backstabbed him for the third time.
"Hey Jerma?"
"Yes Star?" replied Jerma, his heart fluttering for a second.
"Dont say swears, Jerma."
He couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed. He replied to the banter, but his heart wasn’t in it. “Just you wait, the curtains are mine. Purple ones, with gold tassles.”
The Round ended, and inevitably Star was top of the charts. They stopped recording and went to the kitchen, where Jerma unboxed some pizza. They chatted on and off about the newest update, computer specs, PAX East and other things of no importance, but eventually the room fell into an awkward silence, punctuated only by bites of pizza.
It was getting late, and Star mentioned that he should get going. Jerma began to panic in his mind, trying to figure out whether he should make a move or not.
Eventually, Star pulled on his jacket and headed for the door.
"Star?" said Jerma, hastily, his nervousness garbling his words slightly.
"Yeah?"
"I owe you some curtains."
Star laughed, and while he did, Jerma leaned in and kissed him, expecting Star to pull away and say something along the lines of “What the ♥♥♥♥, man?”
To his surprise, Star leaned into the kiss, aggressively pressing against his lips.
Eventually they broke away. Jerma tried to say something, but he was speechless with happiness.
"Now we’re even on the curtains." said Star, a grin spreading across his face as he pushed open the door and stepped into the night, leaving Jerma still at a loss for words on his doorstep.
