You can invite people to the group but if they don't have a microphone they will be kicked. You have to be nice and polite to other team members. If someone wants to play with you and your mates, let them join. Only turn them down if you have 5 already or you are having time with IRL friends.

If you don't think you can play a full match before you have to go or do something IRL please don't play a match. No one in this group is to be pressured into kicking someone from there match it is not your fault if you will get banned if you can't.
