Would be great if you add the support for some kind of GPU accelerated encoding (for example using the native h264 encoder of Nvidia's kepler).
Wouldnt it be better for performance to limit the sending devices resolution to res of the receiving device..
At this time i have to manualy change the res before streaming the game, because when i change the res ingame/while streaming, the stream crashes.
I dont want to stand up to shut down the host, it would be better if there were a option at the client for it.
----
Hola yo quiero utilizar la PC host mientras hace streaming a la PC invitada por favor!!
Gracias! Thz
I would like the ability to use the client's microphone in-game
- Add a custom game (not from Steam) on your host.
- Click Browse and choose c:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe
- Accept
- Right click on the "shutdown" on the list of games in Steam and click Properties
- Add "/s" in the 2nd exit box after the ", the whole line should look like this:
"C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe" /s
Use /s for shutdown, /r for restart, /h for hibernate.
Here is the full list of options: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/26860-Shutting-Down-Windows-7-through-Command-Prompt
Why don't you just share the folder with music and play it locally on your client?
A petition has been set up which you can support:

I like to co op with friends. not able to chat with mic is a big drawback.
sadly my current setup only allows in home streaming for gaming
I have situation. We have one TV which is in Sitting room and aslo connected to Host PC. Usually I watch TV and play games on Surface using Steam In-Home Streaming service. Where is one thing that I have razer naga epic (wireless mouse). If I want to use all mouse features so it have to be connected to Host PC. But if you use mouse on Host PC so you don't see mouse cursor on tablet.
We need mouse cursor visibilty when you using mouse from host PC.
Many thanks,
Robertas
