AV1 Support
Add AV1 software (SVT-AV1 for encoding and Dav1d for decoding) and Hardware encoding/decoding support!

That would be hype for steam link since almost everybody are starting to use parsec. Please valve give us av1.

It's 8 months and no updates to remote play or adding av1, SVT has gotten even faster and should be useable on fairly low-end hardware and 3 gpu vendors support hardware encoding now, come on Valve!

- steam deck support AV1
- av1 is better for low resolution (800p)
- nvidia rtx 40** and amd rx 7*** support av1 encoder
with the release of the new deck, it would be great to add AV1 on top of h264 and hevc
