Job well done! I'm willing to start/join a future livestream to see if Steam Direct is doing any better. To see if there no joke devs getting around the new system.

It was a pleasure trying to free the greenlight from these trash filled games

Long live the greenlight old guard then : ) I really hope to see a huge improvment in steam selection. I use to give steam money hand over fist until they started allowing such horrible games on. But there is always a chance valve will let anything on for the 100$, including bad games. I have mixed feelings, and can only hope for the future. Thank you Mellow for all you have done thus far.

Thanks, Mellow.

all the best Mellow! Apart from appreciating your efforts; your contribution of your time and your passion for the community-- I want to say thank you!

That's particularly screwed up, then, Mellow...

It has been a pleasure.

@tikiman572 I'm in agreement with Hibachi, I think Steam are simply choosing 1 game from each developer and greenlighting it as their form of "refunding" them the fee, as for those that don't have games on Greenlight now, I assume they will still get their refunds from Valve, but even though I can see why Valve are doing this, it isn't exactly a good look they're giving themselves when one of their employees willingly greenlit another Ultimate Survival asset flip, which already has around 5 on the store.

Rock on Mellow. The battlefield may have changed, but we'll do our best to keep fighting the good fight.

That being said, what are your thoughts on what's happened thus far with the surge of games that have been Greenlit by Valve themselves after Greenlight's closure. Like literally over a thousand games, handpicked by Valve themselves, have been Greenlit. And unfortunately, most of them are pretty damn bad. Hibachi thinks it may be because Valve doesn't want to refund most of the Greenlight fees. If so, then this doesn't bode well for their ability to QA for Direct at all.
