Hi people,

I am creating an online team who trains online and mostly takes part in online competition. It is for people who aren't exactly able to fully commit to a team who plays LAN fequently to train etc. If you are looking to just play the game, sorry this is not for you. Training are heavy on talks and planning before going into a session, rather than going in blindly.

Ranks that are available to try outs are Legendary Eagle Master, Supreme Master First Class and lastly Global Elite.

I will be the In-Game leader for the team but not as a manager, I am not exactly good at finding the team online tournaments to join etc, but team training will be organized by me, every sunday before the week of training.
Training will be held of Faceit, at the current state. in my honest opinion, for a team this brand new, it is not important who we play agaisnt but how our team progress internally. Futher training improvement plans will be implemented with the team's meeting.

Characteristic Requirements :
* = Important
1) *Mutual respect for each other in the team.*

2) **Ego must be put down to be able to listen to constructive criticism from anyone in the team, I am no different from anyone else in the team.**

3) *The urge to train, meaning don't mess around while in training.*

4) *Talking is strongly encouraged, but of course, not "goof-ing" off at the wrong time* (More details will be given when you are registered in the team.

Time Requirements :
1 to 2 weeks of intense training (estimated 5 days a week, 5-8 hours a day.) ***One time thing to get a strong headstart in chemistry and knowing each and everyone of the teammate's gameplay.***

2 days a week of training will be the usual with around 3-5 hours of gameplay.

******Do take note that I might be entering NS anytime next year, I have no comments about that but I'm sure everyone understands what this means.******

1. State Counter-Strike Global Offensive rank.
2. State the role you are very comfortable in.
3. *Brief explanation of how do you think you will play into the role and how the role works.*

1) Entry Fragger
2)The Main AWPer and Secondary AWPer
3)The Lurker
4)The Support Player
5)The Rifler (not restricted to AK-47 or M4A4/1-S) My interpretion of this role, is just simply a notorious gunner in game.
