Hi all,

I am suggesting a radical change to the Chosen Men. As by definiation we are chosen men and we vote for new members to enter.

In short what Im suggesting is that we scrap ranks completely (as they mean jack anyway) instead we would have the following:

[CM-Chairman]AndyYKS - decides when votes are to be called for anything including new member votes

[CM-Member] - Everyone else who is rang or above and nag me when you want a vote on something

[CM-Intern] - someone wanting to join until dismissed or accepted

Whenever we need a leader for a round we all just vote for who leads that round/map.

we can discuss later how many people are needed to partcicpate in a vote for the big stuff (e.g number of memeber requiured to vote for new member entry and im also suggesteing new members need 100% in favour of them joining to join)

Vote for a member to leave we can sort out too
