Open Beta/Phase4 Aug16, Level 20 Cap

Phase 4 is Aug.(16th for previous testers.)17th-19th.
Early Access is Aug. 24th-26th.

Arcanist is ready and will be implemented for Phase 4.
Arcanist* confirmed-DD/DPS oriented, not a healer.

A lvl 20 cap limit is in place for Phase 4.
(Has been known, but now confirmed.)All progress from P4 transfers, so long as there is no major bugs.

Subscription time cards will be made available.
Veteran Rewards(depending on what subscription time you purchase.) are confirmed.
PVP and housing for Phase 4 and fishing!
Holiday/Seasonal events with vanity gear.
Crystal Tower implementation pushed back for later patch.
Duty Finder may be used for que'ing to "Crystal Tower"
Barber/Beauty shop planned for 2.1 patch-(includes: Hair style/Color, Facial Hair, Eye Color, Tattoo/Color, Face Paint/Color.)
Implementation of Race/Sex change.
Job-Artifact Quests: Confirmed soloable w/ NPC help.
Unicorn Mount confirmed.(Must unlock through CNJ/WHM quests, but will be available for other Class/Job use after unlocked.)
World Service Transfer confirmed(Up to a possible 8 characters.)

They're implementing a veteran sub system. With a normal monthly sub, the reward items would trickle in gradually. If you pay for six months or a year, you get all the items at once.

I'll still have to prioritize logging on when they open the gates, to create the Linkshell before someone beats us to it. As I only got around to creating an FC during phase3, I'm not sure what the regulations and requirements are for creating a Linkshell (Linkshell is effectively a chat channel that you can hand access out to selectively).
