(2) House Rules (/house)
(2)(A)Procedure
  1. Find an ideal location.
  2. Start building the exterior.
  3. Pay to owner/admin/moderator when asked. If none of them online ask officer. If no one else use a Metal Sign to tell your name and TRY to online on peak time! (If not it will still get wrecked)


(2)(B)Location
  • NOT near to zombie/loot spawn, and Horde Beacon area.
  • NOT near to player base and any CROWDED area. Such as Firewatch!
  • NO blocking the road/railway and located in greyish part of the road.

(2)(C)House Rules
  • All houses MUST have Deed, 48 hrs warning if spotted.
  • Non-vip only can hev 1 deed, Vip can have 2 deeds.
  • Use Metal Sign to tell your name, and telling other old player will get another 48 hrs extension.
  • NO spamming any stuff without reason, especially Tactical Light + Sentry.
  • Flares + Metal Structures are STRONGLY not encouraged!
  • If FPS drop is detected, Officer will help you "renovate" your house.
  • Do NOT be salty when Officer/any players with decent computers complain your base with RATIONAL reasons. If refusing to cooperate, your house MAY uprooted!
  • Autowreck is activated if inactive for 2 weeks. Discuss with Owner/Admin if your are an old player and will be inactive!


(2)(D)Price & Size
  • Deed A, 5000 Y, 2x2x1 = 4 Cubics
  • Deed B, 20 000 Y, 3x3x2 = 18 Cubics
  • Deed C, 100 000 Y, 4x4x3 = 48 Cubics
  • Deed D, 250 000 Y, 5x5x4 = 100 Cubics
  • Previous deed will cover upgraded deed cost (Deed A > B is 15 000 Y instead of 20 000 Y because you have purchased Deed A).
  • 1 room/1floor = 1 Cubic, either fencing area with Roof, or Triangle Room. Top of the Roof does not count.
  • Any areas that is covered by your place-able objects, and Roof area shall not bigger than half of your House.
