Some suggestions
Found some mods below that seem to be working fine in my local single play game with current layout on your Ark server.

Unlock Haircuts and Emotes
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=942185438
WOrks great and unlocks all the hair styles.

EDIT UPdate 11-14-17 Below mod really only offers the great binoculars
but overall offers not much over omnicular. I use both in singleplayer.

SELVision
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1092557691

SImilar to Omnicular however includes a spyglass (level 25) that is not as good a
omnicular in FOView.
A Binocular (level 46 as I recall) that is superior to Omnicular and has "features'.

UtiliSkins

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=796983897

Works as advertised. Even comes with bermuda shorts skin one can attatch to
any standard armor pants/leggings.
THumbs up from me on this one.
It is still maintained as of 11-14-17 and has additional skins now. 0 Engram cost per skin.

Wooden Hanging Bridge
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=893834064

I'll include this one though I've yet to test in single player as of this post, just
found it today. This is a newer version of one similar you used long ago.
Have tested and used several times. It is not OP and is quite adaptable. It does
not expand to insane large size like prior mod we used that is / was similar.

Dynamic Fence System
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=931434275

Can't endorse this one it does cause issues as noted in post below.

Update new mods I use in single player that are working fine and IMO would
be very worth looking at if you are doing a new layout.
UPdate 11-14-17

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1184763409

Dino Patrol System. I use this in my games and it is working great.
Highly endorse by me. I use it to have a patrol of giant cats walking around
perimeter of compound and leave them on aggressive. Think, living fence.

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=854186603

Builder's Improvements
Is working nicely in single player lineup I use. Not fully tested though for total usefulness.
It gets along fine with AA adn the castle mods you use and ocz.

Dino Tracker CLassic
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1134646361

Fraking awesome and works fine in single player. THere are two versions and
I have only tried the 'classic' version as listed above.
NO idea how this would work with a clan it might be messy tracking in that case. Highly
suggest you lookt at it on test at the very least.

GIgas Unnerfed Version

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1130243483

I remember when a GIga was worth trying to tame, then WC nerfed the F out of them
because PVP T*A*S whinged about them being OP. Well, this fixes that.
IT fixes the massive nerver a tamed giga undergoes.

(Oh PS I run vanilla ark mostly with select dino mods this is one)

Megalosaurus Daylight Version

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1138443830

WOrks pretty much as advertized.. Makes these pets actually usable . Changes
nothing other than sleep habits which are under full owner control of tamed / bred ones.
Has some odd behaviour when breeding these but I managed to breed a pair in time.

Mating Post

Mating Post (No more macro U)
http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=954683928

I highly suggest looking at this and using it. WOrks as advertized. I hate having
to baby sit certain animals that if just part by a few meters cease breeding. There are quite a
few like that and I also hate having to whistle the entire period. THis works perfect.
No issues . Not OP as it isn't cheap to make the food item but not too expensive either.

Weapons +

http://node2.projectplanet.cn/@steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=812639416

THis mod is fully controllable via ini edits. TOtally up to server op how
OP or not this mod could be in relation to weapons used.
As I recall ini could even remove certain weapons. All mod weapons
are stand alone from in game default counterparts. Does not tweak default weapons at all.

I use it single player with no issues. Would need to be fine tuned in test in
relation to animal types and levels on whatever mod layout you use.
Again< I use default animals at levels that don't exceed 150 in wild.
HIghly recommend.

Some look pretty interesting, I'll have to try some out on test.

Forgot to follow up on my experience with Dynamic Fence System.

TLDR : Lags FPS quite severely when the fence system is activated.
Tested using the pulse field generator , unknown if it works better with standard default
generator system.

Otherwise works well, however with mods that greatly impact animal health
I doubt this fence will work as advertized.

Notice Updated original post and added mods that I do use in single player that
I think would add to a server.
I do use others I don't list like a Dragon mod and Indominius mod which I enjoy much
but figure those would be possibly OP for others.

Dino Patrol! Yes please!

As to the Dino Tracker, using that now, and it's awful in a large tribe. There is no way it seems to do 'retrack the same dino', or to sort the list for anything else than dino type.

It's still a great tool, though. But with some very severe limitations.

SELvision is.. Okay. I'm not too sure how I feel about being able to see stats before knocking something out, though. Just feels like cheating somehow :)

So Dino Patrol has a serious resource suppression problem :(
