The new battlefront beta is here so I thought I would share some of the pros and cons of the game.



Pros:
Graphics
Sound
Well optimized beta
Vehicles are actually effective

Cons:
Lack of class system (such as that in battlefront 2)
Everyone has the same weapons (no difference between imperial and rebel units)
20 v 20 is largest size
Random spawns (SO MANY SPAWN KILLS)
No space battles
No clone wars

So my post this time will be about the popular battlefront series.


Things I would like to see in battlefront 3:

An open universe feel:

For example, if you wanted to, you could go and fly to every aspect of the galaxy. This is a highly unrealistic expectation, especially since there are millions of light years between stars, but it would be awesome if they could put something like this in there.

More of an Fps feel:

As awesome as battlefront 2 was, the firefights didnt seem too "realistic" If they could make largescale assualts (like in battlefront) with aspects of halo, I would be incredably happy.

This leads me to my next point,

On the major planets, you could go into the cities (fps mode) and walk around and interact just like in Grand theft auto (except first person and not 3rd person). I think that this would be amazing. Starwars has so many awesome aspects and I didnt feel like battle front 2 did any justice to how wide and expanisve this starwars universe is. Now between this and my open universe Idea, this game would take up like 4 terrabytes of memory, but if the developers could incorporate something like this (reasonably) then that would be awesome.

More factions:

I would love it that if at the beginning you could determine what type of leader or faction you could be. Wouldnt it be awesome if you could command sith or mercenary force? Or what if you could be a sith or mercenary similar to my fps/rpg idea.


This game has amazing oppurtunities to be awsome, and I hope it fufils my unrealistic expectations.
