Eschatology comes to mind, which is both on EZ and HD, a fair bit harder than other songs of its level if you ask me. I don't even want to see what it's like on Inferno.
Some others are for 95% true to their level but then just have some really tough part out of nowhere, that can still trip you up even if you're used to playing songs several levels higher, e.g. HD General Disco's crazy stairs, HD Giselle's ending..
I especially noticed it in the lvl.9-10 4k levels.
Though it's not THAT bad, it's just that some levels might have a few harder patters than others. Note frequency is usually the same for all levels. (in their own respective difficulty of course)
