launcher.exe v2.2025.1 is infected with IDP.Generic. Is this something known or is it supposed to be like this?

Because google doesn't have a good word for it!
It is a generalized file that got detected and can be of any malware type like trojans, banking malware, info-stealers, malware droppers, rootkits, and other types. It is mainly used for identity theft, therefore quite dangerous if not handled on time!
