Report a translation problem
It happened to me recently, I think it can be removed in the map editor but I did not try. Raising the land more did not help me as it became way too high and still leaked all over.
So I raised the land around the edges of it it which created a lake. I did not want the lake there so I went back in saves and found the water source and stayed away from it.
Lake in the bottem left corner. Its at maximum depth as well lol.

Oh in that case you need to delete the water spawn point which you can do with the mod "Water Features".
