I'm involved in a number of slow games, but when I load an online game and submit an action the game just stops responding. This has been ongoing for over a week now

Since the game does not offer video settings, besides windowed/full screen, I don't know how to proceed. I am playing on a standard 1920*1080 monitor and resolution and checking the config files I found nothing that could help me in this situation...

stuck in the hangar.... not possible to take any tile

I get to the intro splash screen for CGE then it crashes to desktop. Is there any fix?
