Looking for best/ budget gpu for my pc and wanting to run this game with my oculus quest 2, any suggestions?

I am at a part where I spawn and have no guns. Theres no guns I can get on my level and theres a bunch of the rolling ball hologram guys. Any idea where i can get guns to fight them? Thanks.
