it's really too bad. vanilla cod4 was goat, now you cant even get servers with normal team sizes.

I wish, I can play Vanilla COD4 servers.

more funny is that is just host a vanilla server and have fun, but the problem is with the mods, which in fact kept the game alive for so long, not the opposite.

Exactly, 20 year old game and no one hosts vanilla servers.... It's just a simple server nothing complex like mods or anything... The only thing needed in a vanilla server are admins to kick off cheaters and that's it.

I guess, there's not that much of a demand of it as appose to Modded Servers and the overall population of the game is low as time goes on.

Yeah, agreed. I just created my own server with bots. Bots are a necessary mod when there aren't many people left to play with lol.
