Running the game in 4K (3840x2160) with every setting maxed, with VSync enabled (60 fps cap/60 Hz).

This problem doesn't exist in other games that support controllers.
I somehow got the infinite scrolling away not really sure how.
It does not make you walk in the PC version, you run instead and I see no config at all for the D-Pad.
