There is Ultimate Edition and Season Pass.
I bought Ultimate Edition and it shows that all available DLC is in my library. The Season pass is included.

I do not know what is included in the Season Pass......

But the Season Pass is the only difference between Deluxe and Ultimate.

According to the season pass store page it states

Season Pass includes:
• DLCs 1 and 2
- Sets of newly designed costumes for all characters
- Sets of newly designed weapons for all characters
- New Bond Episodes
- Additional SAS abilities from Bond Level Expansion (Bond Level EX), and more!

• DLC 3
- Newly designed costume sets for all characters
- New Bond Episodes and more!

Not sure if that'd be worth the additional $20 though.
