Guest seats for free make this a done deal for me

Great alternative to having everyone in the campaign buy a full copy of the game. I understand why you need to sell seats but I wish it was free. But thank you for listening to feedback and providing another option.

I am not able to find a way to buy those seats, is there a link i missed?

They bought in-game, in the options menu with a chair symbol.

Do i understand this correctly that only 4 players + a GM can participate in one campaign, or can you combine guest seats and people who own talespire to play with more than four players ?

Honestly a shame that everyone who physically owns it doesn't get at least 1 "Free Seat" was looking forward to getting another friend into a campaign but i guess its gonna be a player short. Love the software but when (most) of us are using it for battle maps and somewhat smaller areas we build out the pricing ($15) a seat is still too much an ask

Overall up to 16 people can be in a campaign at the same time.
Anyone owning Talespire can buy up to 15 seats.
Anyone owning Talespire can join any campaign that has free spots the same way as they could before and additionally everyone in a campaign that owns seats can invite guests without the game for the campaign they are currently in themselves. :)

You can purchase up to 15 seats. It's simply that there's a 4-pack of seats with a discount.

You can also combine seats with others in the campaign that have them.

Really sad that people who paid for the game didn't get at least 1 or 2 seats. Especially since having at least 1 naturally can make people want to buy seats.

It's expensive to have to pay +60€ to run a campaign and play it with others.

I don't know why so many people are moaning about the price of seats.... Maybe it's related to a modern attitude that the GM has to be the only one taking responsibility for everyone else's fun. Nothing says the GM has to buy all the seats. You can run multiple GMs at once, and a seat gives that player all the same functionality during the session!

None, because you paid for your own full game and not for the reusable extra versions you can share with anyone. :)

Can I buy seats for my GM's copy? I'd like to gift him some.

Kind of disappointed that people who bought the whole game don't get at least one extra seat. I've been a huge supporter of this project for a long time but I won't be investing in anything else you guys release. This whole thing has left kind of a bad taste in my mouth.

You pretty much can't do anything worthwhile running an actual game with just one base copy unless you stream it which is kind of annoying honestly and kind of defeats the purpose of the tool in general.

Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this to my friends anymore. I had a group of a few friends who were very excited for this guest feature but now we are looking elsewhere.
