Banning
There needs to be a better system to banning than just one party showing a poor video and the admins have to take it at face value. If you dont have a video to prove your innocence then you are banned

You also have to consider. They don't have access to any logs or can't see any past events. Which leads to "he said, she said." It also depends on what happened and how representational the evidence is laid out. Which is why, it's recommended to record replays or videos from all your sessions so you can appeal your side.

One particular player (not naming them) was annoyed that their were false "mixpacking" claims against them. I didn't record any video or replay and i told the player "go ahead. report me. It won't hold up." Seems like mixpacking to me since they went into a cave and had a different group block the exit as their massive creature wiped us out and went about their separate ways.
