Hello, is there anyone know how to unlock "Video Director" achievement?

Looking at the achievements list for my game it seems you have to upload a video to YouTube to get that one.

Is this still achievable?
I saw that "Video Director" on FM19 changes to just "You watched the action unfold from a different camera angle.". Which is easy.
Can FM18 achievement changes into this too?
