Does this version of Zork Nemesis have the same fluid POV and free movement that the Steam versions of Myst and Riven have?

I'd like to run the game in a window, but at a size greater than 640x480, i.e., scaled up. I've tried playing with the windowresolution and fullresolution in the dosbox conf; the window is obliging larger at first, and then gets reset to 640x480. Any ideas? (Why play in a window? So I can easily access my notes.)...
