I have stayed on this server for two versions, and I know if I cheated.
At first, I thought it was an error during the construction of the house that caused me to be deleted by the administrator, but I didn't realize the reason was that 800 days ago I was playing CS at an internet cafe.

If it is a private server then it is best just to go to a new server the devs cannot help you with private server issues!

Your account above shows no ban currently so if this is the account that was banned you are not game banned from Scum.

Many servers are actually private servers that are fake official servers. The devs either force a name change or have the server shut down when they learn of this!

If you played in an internet cafe then the computer you used there is infected.

@OP - Cranky is correct. You don't have a current ban, either VAC or game, so you were probably on a private server. The owners of those can do as they like. These are your best options...

Assuming it's a private server you called them 'Administrator 2'. If there is another one you could try contacting them, or the server owner, to ask what happened, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
