Mermaid Swamp I saw a playthrough of a long time ago. It also doesn't seem to be on Steam. Paranoiac I also saw a playthrough of, and its also quite short. Those other two however, I've never heard of. I'll have a look at them.

You could try Forest of Drizzling Rain or Angels of Death too- I think you didn't mention those.
Lily's Well and Blackout Hospital might be good too- if I recall, those two are free on Steam.

I know im late af but Stitches is another horror puzzle rpg I enjoyed that's very similar to Mad Father with the creepy doll theme

Depends if you only want pixel art games like or, or can also play point & click without aggressive ennemies, side scrollers etc.
There's a lot of stuff stuff like The Coma, Detention, Sally Face, House, The Cat Lady, Downfall, Lorelai, Burnhouse Lake, Re:Turn, Yowamari, Fran Bow, Little Misfortune, Clea, Gnarled Hag....

Alpha Beta Gamer / Manly badass hero plays A LOT of those games, they're good references! I remember some pixel horror games gems not on steam (majority of the good makers games are on itch.io or else), but I cannot remember the names... one was so great I'm mad I don't remember it

I would also say all the games from Stranga for pixel art, they're cheap as hell too, ennemies are not really aggressive and chasing you though, it's really more point & click. It's made by one dude I think, kinda good still
