Hey so I just bought the game yesterday and have been trying to launch but I get the banner loading pop up which crashes. After the first time I get a pop up saying game did not close last time launch in safe mode. Whether i click yes or no it doesnt matter the game still crashes.

I have tried reinstalling the game twice, completely deleting all steam files and reinstalling steam, adding it to my antivirus exception list. Does anyone have any ideas?
