Hey everyone, you might remember our Troubleshooting Guide from the Beta. We’ve put this one together for launch to help players run the game.

Verify the integrity of the Game Cache:

1. Ensure that you are running both Call of Duty: World War II and Steam as an Admin
   
2. Ensure you have the latest drivers and windows update and reset the graphics settings back to in game optimal settings.
   
3. Check for the following interference: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289

If you are encountering the message "It appears that Call of Duty® WWII did not quit properly the last time it ran.” or are unable to start the game.

If you are running Antivirus software, we recommend adding the entire Call of Duty: WWII folder to your antivirus Exception List. The folder is commonly found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty WWII

Clear the download cache and restart Steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638

If you're seeing "An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system.." error message, please check out this link: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ilzv-2837

• If you're seeing "Steam Must be Running to Play this Game" error message, please restart Steam, you may have a pending Steam update.

• For Windows N and KN users, ensure that you have the correct Media Feature Pack installed:

• Perform a clean boot per instruction and only start up bare minimum programs, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
  
• If the game doesn't start and you have disabled ASLR, re-enable it.
