I think his cape has multiple parts and takes a LONG time to actually break. You don't need to break his cape either, just spamming elemental attacks (Rom, Ram, Vert) is enough to easily defeat him.

Nope. Took me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hour but beat it with just vert.

Pretty sure skills and such ignore facing anyway, so that didn't matter.

I just attacked him with whatever and it eventually broke, so, I dunno. Try slotting more elemental combo attacks?

Only combination skills ignore facing, and damage all parts on the target(s).

I didn't really have any problems fighting him to be honest; the second fight took a bit more time because you're forced to use the "main four" and I didn't really level them up, plus they didn't have a lot of elemental attacks equiped. I still managed to break his cape, it just took waaaay too long.

Thanks to his physical resistance I managed to try on him all new superskills they give you before this battle, for all CPUs and candidates.

Thank god I had Rom and Ram in active party though, without their magic the fight could take a lot of time.

Yes. You only had Next-gen Vert which would take quite a while.

Rom, Ram and Vert would end him in about 4 minutes (also use Uni to build EXE quickly).

Doesn't matter. He is very weak against elemental attacks and their EXE drives take off large chunks off his health bar.

As long as you just spam elemental attack he goes down fast. My Party(IF, Nep, GE, Nitro+) only had 2 chars with an elemental attack and it still didn't take long. And if you have a problem with having to use the 4 goddesses: you can just switch them as soon as the fight started.

kinda late

honestly, i just used j hardware formation combo a few times and it worked fine, although, elemntal attacks are reccemanded reguardless.

This boss was a pain, the first phase i didnt know what to do so i had to look at this thred to learn only elemental attacks work so that took some effort to kill,

and in the second phase when i was forced to use the main goddeses even though i leveled up all 4 well, even though i got all 4 of their exclusive box weapons, i said ♥♥♥♥ THAT and switched to my main party as soon as the battle started, it took awhile to kill him by death of a thousand elemental cuts but i was proud.

I had no problem fighting the boss after figured out how to destroy his cap, and some other parts. What put me in a pinch however was his skill that were extremely powerful that put Uni, and Ram K.O, while both Rom, and Next Green almost died. Luckly for me i had alot of revival items, and healing items with me.

(I did it without using the paid dlcs)
