Game crashing after passing the biohazard zone

Hey guys,

my game crashes when i pass the Biohazard thingy at oktabrjyskaya and the guy peeks out telling me to move. Why does that happen?

Verify the game cache by following the instructions. Then try playing through the chapter again.
