Yes, 50A$ is about 32€, just like 42A$ (the original price) is about 20€ when it cost that back in the day.

Also only some European countries, specifically the ones in the far east have the game available this cheaply. Pretty much every other EU country pays 32€ or close to it with their local currency if supported.

Just under 2 years ago the dev raised the price of the game due to "inflation"(greed). Not surprised he's charging so much for DLC.

Turkey sells 17 usd
Some regions even cheaper
I guess it's a "good country" tax for us
Oh well

That's because the annual salary in Turkey is equivalent to around 4 800 US dollars while in Australia it's 59 400 USD.

Lol, not understanding economy fail
maybe he should have made a factorio 2... at this price I will never buy this dlc... I bought factorio for 20€ in 2017 so I will stay with the original game... factorio is not the only one factory building game...

Or is it?
Helldivers 2 58 aud
Baldurs Gate 3 72 with discount, which Factorio never had
Those games are made from the scratch
And just for dlc 50

Yeah nah yeah, if we will compare countries in Europe with less annual salary than Australia, for those countries price still be 30 euro
Again, price is the same as for brand new game
Cyberpunk Liberty DLC cost me less, so yeah, not adding up

It essentially is. Go read the FFF where they lay out the different options they had for doing more with the Factorio concept. At least now people got 2.0 for free even if they don't buy the expansion. That wouldn't have happened if they just made Factorio 2 a standalone game. But you didn't think that far ahead, did you?

that dlc shouldve been free as compensation for the scam the main release was
Y'all can always move to a cheaper market where the game costs less.

This is not true, EU2 region has the same 32euro price as EU1.
