downloaded 3 times could not play at all some how says i have 96h buggy unplayable game idk why they keep it on steam

a bug where the eula doesnt even load so i never gotr to even play the game. might change my mind if this bug gets fixed.

I mostly played this game on console, only played a couple hours on PC and that was a while ago. Decided to jump back in and see what was new. The North America servers are non existent, I hit space to connect to the server and it just shows me a blank box with the only button I can hit being cancel which closes the game. I join the Europe server and I can get in but there is no one around, at least not that I saw, I've logged 3.5 hrs on PC at this point and I guess I'll be uninstalling the game. I really enjoyed the character classes and the gameplay when I played and just fell out of the game.
