Critical hits
Hey so I decided to level my one handed and its currently on 28% and it feels like I hit a crit every 2 or 4 attacks.
I mean the math adds up but arent they happening abit too often?

There is no such thing as "too often" when it comes to critical hits in this game.

Yeah I just got to the quest where I have to beat up the mercs to get accepted and honestly thank ♥♥♥♥ for the crits

In your case, full damage is dealt at a rate of 28% out of 100%, provided that the blow penetrates the opponent's defense. This is about 1 time out of 4 strokes.
