well check them if they re compatible with current game version, it might be.

Still dont work

I have another problem when I try change settings it dont save

Verify game files. If it won't work - close Steam, go to Documents/Paradox/HOI and backup your saves&playsets then delete entire HOI folder.
Run game, let it rebuild that folder and move your saves&playsets back.

you need to change video settings from launcher, it overwrites ingame settings constantly.

game keep crushing after conquering +50% of globe, i try with italy, russia.. the same problem.. i have a decent gpu, game ghrapics min. for a bought game, with so little graphic activity... sad.. very sad
