Help Soviet Base

on the map of the Soviet base, after you leave the giant base, where you go down a double zipline, do you have any way to get back in this area?

And if you want to bag some extra XP, you can always use the Camp Fire's fast travel capabillity to hop back in there and then dispatch foes groups that are randomly generated in a few spots upon the Soviet Installation's map.
