Also I'll second AER, it's the closest thing and has that same feeling of Journey that is just very fun to play around in.
PS- If it's underwater type of game you're into, Subnautica is similarly beautiful and can be relaxing/peaceful but also more stressful at times.
Though I would say that RiME probably has the clearest story out of them all (by the time you get to the end). But it was still unexpected for me. And RiME has more platforming and puzzles. But I loved it.
Also, Flower is made by the same people who did Journey. It's an earlier game of theirs. It's probably the most different in that you are literally controlling flower petals via the wind. I hope that it's better on the PC though, because I played it on PS4 and got annoyed having to use the motion controls.

Sorry to bring that into it but it shows how wonderful this game can be as you swim around unlocking it's secrets and easter eggs.

I second that, but the scary moments can be very scary, just watch some videos and see lol
But stay in the shallows and it can be relaxing.
It is relaxing and just beautiful. And it was made by only two dedicated people, a couple I believe.
Just check it out :)
