Scenes Not Appearing

Every opening and ending scene in Pt1 and Pt2 only show a black window while playing the sounds, but no visuals. Going to the "Scene" and playing one also shares this problem. Anybody know the problem and/or how to fix it?

Episode 9

Is episode 9 criminally short for anyone else? Like, the intro happens, the cat farts, and then the outro happens, then onto episode 10 kind of short. Or is that a bug?
