Game released in 2021 and quite dead says the steam charts. Well they are very wrong. This game is very much alive due to seamless multi platform support and there is always people playing from console meanwhile PC players numbers are plain inaccurate. Perhaps the short sessions play havoc? Anyways there is good reason why console players come: The design here is just friendly all around. Games like this they last long because it is designed to last. Core game play loop is just do what you want and mess around and make money. Or don't.

Want to take part in activities with others? go ahead. Or skip if you dont feel like it. No harm done.

Want to find secrets and do challenges? Go ahead. No harm done to anyone if you do your own thing.

Want to play tank battles? it's got it's own arenas and rules and again: No harm to other game types.

Smack talkers? Cheaters? Yes. I have seen one trying to grief events and sending some pre-defined messages like 'Look at me!' while flying around in a car. Cheaters are few and no wonder: They have no agency in this game. They can zip around with their cheat engines and it matters not at all. What do i care if some cheater decided to cheat on events that change every few minutes? It is what cheaters do but their imprint on game play is non-existent. They can't do squat. But you can change maps, do other things like stunt, hunt for green circles and collectibles, make money e.g. just plain ignore them and enjoy the game. Rare are the multiplayer games out there where the design is so solid cheaters dont get reactions and no satisfaction and instead they need to really work for it so no wonder there are very few of them even if the devs dont enforce anything. I was astonished there is no reporting function to the game. But playing some more i don't really know if it would make any difference.

Excellent game for quick sessions from 5-30 minutes. Or longer if you feel like it. You get money on each session for doing your thing and you use it to unlocked new cars and cosmetics.

9/10 of it's kind really. I can't think of any better one. Previous game was decent but this one is even better. I think the best part is how solidly 'friendly' they have made the design e.g. no matter how you choose the play the game it is always right.
