Ive played since beta and launch. took an off and on break since factions went into effect. For the life of me, i cant figure out hoe to purchase or even see new weapons and equipment. It's like I'm only able to access stuff ive already had in my inventory. The only
"STORE" i have access to is the one where you can buy mechs, mechbays and etc. no option in there for weapons and equipment. in the mechlab i see where the equipment weapons and etc tabs are but like say the only things in there are from my inventory. things ive stripped from other mechs and whatnot. No where can i find binary lasers, at gauss, and on and on. what the heck is going on??? Ive looked it up on google and i see some mentions of a patch or fix for people but i cant find that either. ive ended up buying legendary mechs in order to get some new stuff...
Anyone know how to help? or even heard of this problem? thanks.

Normally, in mechlab you should have the ability to equip any possible equipment on your existing mech (which will be purchased upon config save), or even trial/unowned mech (which won't be saved but you can test it in training grounds nonetheless). Unowned equipment being outright not shown is something weird... does it happen with trial mechs too? Can you make a screenshot?

I can see it on mechs that have it preinstalled. that's why ive resorted to buying legendary mechs because they have some of this new, at least to me, weapons and equipment. I know what you are getting at. thats how im expecting it to be. i go into mechlab and uninstall something look over at the tabs for weapons ammo equipment and etc and i should have a list of stuff i already own and someway of seeing stuff i dont own but i dont see anything i dont already own. trial mechs have the new stuff and i can get into one and pilot it with the new stuff. I just cant find the option to purchase this stuff for my 240 existing mechs. that number of mechs should tell yall that im not exactly a noob...its like the option doesnt exist for me

Mechlab has 2 toggle options that may be causing this.

1) View mounted equipment only.
2) Only show owned equipment.

If this does not fix your problem, contact support. Sometimes the Mechlab, genuinely, does not work.
