LEFT IS EVERYTHING
I've bought the game and now I can't do nothing in it other than pressing the left button and I still can't do ♥♥♥♥, even the keyboard isn't working

I think it's working as intended.

But if for some reason it's not, check the control setup that pops up whenever you run the game. Maybe you accidentally changed something?
