I've been thinking about this feature earlier in development but finally I haven't added it. I guess I will try to do it now. Added to my TODO list for next update, thanks!
For now you can use Save and Load in Pause Menu which IMHO are better for trying completely different approaches in solving the level. At least with this you don't have to click Undo tens of times if you want to try another approach. (And there's, of course, Reset button, also in Pause Menu).
Another question about Undo is how many moves should it store? 50 would be enough? Should rotating blocks be stored as separate steps?
